FEATURES SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
“Features” is a dedicated space for the publication of individual works outside our biannual issues. Submissions are accepted on a monthly basis, from the 1st to the 15th of each month, and are reviewed during the latter half of the cycle. Selected pieces are published on a rolling basis. This section accommodates work that is concise, formally controlled, and suited to standalone publication. While distinct from the structure of our biannual issues, all submissions are evaluated with the same editorial standards.

How to submit
Submissions to Features are accepted through our online form given below, during the monthly reading period (1st–15th of each month).
To submit your work:
- Complete the submission form linked below.
- Select the appropriate category (Poetry, Visual Art, or Essay).
- Upload your work in the required format (DOC, PDF, or image file).
- Provide all requested details, including title, word count (if applicable), and author information.
For poetry submissions:
- A reading fee of $3 is required.
- Payment must be made via this link.
- Upload a clear screenshot of the payment confirmation within the submission form.
- Submissions without proof of payment will not be reviewed.
Each submission must be made separately. A single reading fee applies to one submission only. Submissions containing multiple works within a single document under one payment will not be considered.
Expedited Response
- Standard submissions are always free* and will be reviewed within our normal window (up to 2 months).
- If you would like a faster response (within 3 days) on your submission(s) we offer expedited response as an optional paid service.
- NOTE: This service does not affect your chances of acceptance; it simply gives you additional options if you would like them. Just purchase our service via link given below! Send your submission as usual (using our official google form), purchase our service and add correct details (your name and your submission details) at the end of your purchase.
Important Note:
- Submissions must represent the final intended version; revisions after acceptance are not permitted unless via the paid editorial service.
- Selected works may appear on the website and in social media promotions.
- Multiple submissions are allowed, but each must be submitted individually.
- Submissions received outside the open window will not be considered.
- Please provide an authentic email address so that we can contact you in the future to inform you that your work has been accepted for submission. It is important to provide a valid and active email address to ensure effective communication and to keep you updated on the status of your submission.
- If you haven’t received a response from us within 2 months, please consider your submission declined. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
- If your Work does not get accepted, don’t get discouraged, rejection doesn’t define your worth as a writer or artist. Keep submitting!
