Submission Status Tracker
We have created a Submission Status Tracker to help you check the status of your submissions at any time. This tool allows you to view all your submitted works, whether they were sent recently or up to a year ago.
How to use the tracker:
- Click the link below to open the tracker.
- Enter your name in the field provided.
- Click the “Check Status” button.
- Your submissions and their details will be displayed.
Important notes:
- Contest submissions and staff applications are not included in this tracker.
- The tool is free and fully respects your privacy.
- If you notice any errors, you can email us for corrections.
Status meanings:
- Accepted – Your submission has been approved.
- Rejected – Your submission was not accepted.
- In Process – Your submission is currently under review.
- Received – Your submission has been received but has not yet been reviewed.
- Withdrawn – Your submission has been withdrawn by you.
