ESSAY SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
The Essays section at The Literary Times is where we publish writing that thinks deeply, haunts quietly, and stays with the reader long after the page ends. We are not looking for homework, performative intellect, or clichéd inspiration. We welcome writing that is analytical, opinionated, and critically engaged. Our focus is on literature and culture through the lens of criticism, theory, and reflection. Submissions should lean more toward argument and exploration than summary or surface-level commentary. Submit now!
